Why Mindfulness?

 

During this week, I recommend keeping a journal and writing down your thoughts on the mindfulness task you try each day. Try to make note of what what works well for you but also what you don’t like. Finding mindfulness techniques that work best for you and that you are likely to work into a daily habit is the overall goal of this program.

Also another great way to practice mindfulness is to keep a daily gratitude journal. In addition to the tasks below, each day try writing down 3 things you are grateful for without repeating any of the things you have written down for the entire week.
