Day 4 Mindfulness Task

 

For your mindfulness task today, try to take a pause as many times as possible throughout the day and ask yourself “Am I awake?” “Where is my head right now?”

Try to recognize points of the day in which you are being mindless and try to bring yourself back to the present moment. Pay special attention to when you are using your phone as a distraction or multitasking and ask yourself are you present in the current situation.
