Day 2 Mindfulness Task

 

Try doing something today that you dislike (i.e. talking to someone new, getting up early, eating a certain food, etc.) and find something you like about it (even if it seems to be the most insignificant thing, find something you can like about it).

For example, I hate doing the dishes. So to change my perspective on doing the dishes, I remembered how much I love water. Now every time I do the dishes, I pay attention to the water running over the dishes and it becomes meditative for me.
