Day 5 Mindfulness Task

 

For your mindfulness task today, sit in a public place, close your eyes and take in as much information through your senses as possible. Listen to the sounds occurring and process what they are, feel the temperature or if there is wind and how the pressure of the space feels. Smell the scents surrounding you whether good or bad. Try to sit for at least 3 minutes taking turns with each of your senses and processing what you are taking in.
